Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work collaboratively with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, guiding them to set their own goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build and maintain an effective restaurant team.
