Movement Search and Delivery is working with a sheet metal fabricator in Bedford, PA to identify and evaluate a Quality Manager.

We're partnering with a well-established metal manufacturer to identify a Quality Manager who will lead the quality function, champion continuous improvement, and help drive operational excellence across the facility.

What You'll Do

Lead the site's Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
Manage and develop the quality team
Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Analyze quality metrics to improve performance and reduce defects
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve quality throughout the manufacturing process
Support internal and external audits
Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve incoming material quality

What We're Looking For

Experience leading Quality in a metal manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
Proven leadership experience managing people
Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing experience
Root cause analysis and problem-solving expertise
Bachelor's degree is not required —experience is what matters

Preferred Experience

Sheet metal manufacturing
Five or more years in a Quality Management leadership role
Experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment
