Founded in 2008 by David Pedder, Pedder Automotive Group is a family-owned dealership network with 7 locations across Southern California , representing top brands including Nissan, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.

The Express Service Advisor is a customer-facing, fast-paced role responsible for guiding customers through routine maintenance and light repair services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in automotive service, customer experience, or dealership operations .

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a welcoming, high-energy service experience
Consult with customers on maintenance needs and recommended services
Write repair orders and build accurate service estimates
Clearly explain services, timelines, and costs
Recommend additional services when appropriate (upselling ethically and effectively)
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times
Deliver on customer satisfaction (CSI) goals and shop productivity targets

Qualifications

Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required)
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a take-ownership mindset
Willingness to learn automotive systems, maintenance, and repair processes
Team-oriented while also able to work independently
