About the role The role directs, communicates, motivates and organises execution of Riboli Family Wine and Spirits company goals through assigned personnel to deliver optimum sales across the portfolio. It also carries direct execution responsibility in 40 to 50 top accounts within a geographic zone, and includes developing relationships with Breakthru Beverage field sales managers and representatives to grow Riboli brands in market. Key responsibilities Manage the Riboli Family Wine and Spirits portfolio across Southern California, including assigned area sales managers, distributors and trade. Execute the depletion, points of distribution and revenue plan across independent on and off-premise channels and military. Coach, train and lead direct reports, with consistent check-ins on KPI attainment and development plans. Plan, direct and coordinate all sales effort in the on and off-premise channel of trade in Southern California. Manage the assigned Breakthru Beverage Group California wholesaler relationship. Spend the majority of time in the on-premise trade, with potential to manage independent retail operations. What the winery is looking for Beverage alcohol sales management experience, ideally with a supplier and a three-tier distributor network. Track record of hitting depletion, distribution and revenue targets. People leadership and coaching capability.
