Urology Coverage Needed

St. Alexius Health Bismarck is in need of urology coverage for clinic and call coverage. Rates to submit, strictly comply with malpractice – must be included in rates. Orientation – $250-275 – half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Hourly – $500-$550 – per hour, not OT. Holiday – $750-825 – must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Nightly Call – $1,000-$1,200 – per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis. Holiday Nightly Call – $1,500-1,800 – per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis. On Call (Daily) – $4,000-$4,200 – per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis. 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate – $6,000-$6,300 – per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis. Call Back – $500-$550 – per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms. Holiday Call Back – $750-$825 – per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Reason for Coverage: Assist permanent provider with call and clinic

Requirements: completed credentialing application, ND license, DEA license, supplemental documentation, case logs

Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:

• 1-3 patients daily
• Number of surgeries? 3-4 scheduled and emergent cases
• Procedures – may need to do cystoscopy
• Robotics? No
• Providers will do rounding during the week on their post op patients and IP consults if on day call
• The clinic is located in the hospital
• 15-20 patients scheduled per day in the clinic with 2-3 in clinic procedures per day.
• On surgery days, there will typically be 4 surgeries scheduled.

Requirement Description:

• Board Certified Urology – Preferred. Will accept Board Eligible providers if they are within 5 years from residency
• Case logs will be requested for review at presentation and offer.
• North Dakota License – Highly Preferred
• Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date.
