Financial analyst

Every financial dataset tells a story about where a company is heading and as a Financial Analyst, you will hold the pen. Moving beyond standard variance reporting, you will build dynamic forecast models, stress-test growth strategies, and translate complex operational metrics into sharp recommendations for executive leadership. Positioned at the intersection of quantitative modeling and corporate strategy, this role offers direct exposure to C-suite decision-making and a fast-track pathway into senior financial leadership.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and refine complex 3-statement financial models, dynamic revenue projections, and long-term business forecasts.
• Variance & Performance Analysis: Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against targets (Budget vs. Actuals), identifying key drivers, cost-saving opportunities, and operational risks.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare polished presentation decks, dashboard metrics, and financial reporting packages for C-suite executives, department heads, and board members.
• Budgeting & Planning: Partner with operational leaders across departments to coordinate the annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Capital Allocation & Investment Evaluation: Evaluate business cases, return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), and internal rate of return (IRR) for strategic initiatives, capital expenditures, and potential mergers or acquisitions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, automate routine financial reporting, and enhance business intelligence (BI) tooling.
