Responsibilities Monitor and manage email inboxes for incoming Title, Insurance and Recorded documents; review and upload them to Salesforce for the respective files. Strong knowledge of reviewing the post-closing documents for accuracy and compliance. Strong knowledge on reviewing the Final Title Policy, Recorded Documents and Insurance policy. Complete the Data Entry in Salesforce for the received Final Title Policy, Recorded Documents and Insurance policy. Strong knowledge in email management and communication skills. Qualifications Must hold a degree. Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance. Excellent logical and analytical skills. Suggest improvement ideas to current processes based on developed expertise. Demonstrate initiative and always maintain a high degree of professional conduct.
