The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safe and efficient operations.This position involves operating roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites throughout Northern Virginia.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a CDL roll-off truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.Secure containers and loads properly before transport.Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch.Provide exceptional customer service at all job sites.Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment.Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.QualificationsRequiredValid Class A or Class B CDLClean driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningStrong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer servicePreferredPrevious roll-off driving experienceManual transmission experienceScheduleMonday through FridayTypical work week: 40–50 hoursOccasional Saturdays as neededAbout Pack Rat HaulingPack Rat Hauling is Northern Virginia's trusted leader in dumpster rentals, junk removal, cleanouts, demolition, recycling, and property cleanup services.
