Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a motivated speech-language pathologist to provide essential services in a school-based environment for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, onsite contract position begins on August 11, 2026, and concludes on June 6, 2027. You’ll play a key role in supporting students’ communication needs across various age ranges and program types within a collaborative educational setting.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid and active California SLP license/credential
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in working with diverse caseloads, including students with intensive and mild/moderate speech or language needs
• Strong collaboration skills with education teams, teachers, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Serve one or two school sites (caseload options for either elementary, middle, or post-secondary classrooms depending on assignment)
• Provide direct therapy, assessments, and intervention planning for students within Special Day Classes and Mild/Moderate programs
• Maintain thorough documentation and write individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult and coordinate with classroom staff, school psychologists, and other support professionals
• Deliver in-person therapy and case management, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
