Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, answering questions, and following site-specific access procedures for the location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor credentials as directed, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Support security-related procedures for deliveries, vendors, and guest access while maintaining organized records and clear communication with staff and/or visitors.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including following post orders, communicating instructions, and contacting designated personnel and/or first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
