Role Description The Account Manager is a full‑time position responsible for managing customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, and ensuring that service needs and expectations are met. Day‑to‑day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships, responding to inquiries, coordinating service appointments, and monitoring account activity to identify opportunities for additional support or services. The Account Manager will collaborate with service and operations teams, prepare basic reports and updates, and help resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position also involves tracking customer feedback, supporting retention efforts, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall client experience. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments. Experience with account coordination, such as scheduling services, tracking account activity, and maintaining accurate records. Solid organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort with basic business software (e.g., CRM tools, email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn company‑specific systems. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette. Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering practical solutions for customers. Ability to work both onsite and remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing tasks independently. Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field; experience in automotive or service industries is a plus.
