Psychiatry - Child/Adolescent Physician

Job Description We are looking for Child Psychiatrists to join our clinical team. The role focuses on outpatient care for children and adolescents. The position is fully outpatient, with no night, call, or weekend hours. Responsibilities Provide medication management for child and adolescent populations. Offer therapy services for child and adolescent patients. Handle 100% outpatient care, with no nights, no calls, no weekends. Utilize telemedicine and in-person modalities as needed. Work within a collegial and supportive environment. Qualifications Fully licensed in one or more U.S. states (BE/BC, unencumbered DEA). Experience in medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations. Compensation & Benefits Flexible work schedules (full-time and part-time). Compensation range: $425,000–$475,000, based on productivity. Generous "above market" compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Sign‑on bonus.
