We Are Hiring Location: Murfreesboro, Tn Facility Name: Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners Schedule: PRN Hourly: Malpractice coverage with tail What You Will Do Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a PRN Night Pulmonary/CC Nurse Practitioner to our team in Murfreesboro, TN. Position Highlights Team Environment: Work with a highly collaborative team of physicians, APPs, and residents. Experience Required: Seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience in Pulmonary / Critical Care in Advanced Nursing. Clinical Focus: Daily multi-disciplinary rounding in a 32-bed mixed med-surg ICU. Support: 24/7 inpatient MD support. Practice Scope: Ability to practice at the top of your scope with multiple procedure opportunities. About the Hospital Modern 407-bed facility: Opened in 2010 with a newly renovated, 16-suite operating room. Strategic location: Situated on a 68-acre campus in Tennessee's fastest-growing county, with easy access to Nashville-area amenities. Major $110M expansion: Currently adding 36 high-acuity beds, 18 new CCU beds, additional NICU bassinets, and new post-surgery bays. Renowned care: Strong reputation for Women’s Services (Level II NICU) and a well-established heart surgery program. Academic partner: Collaborates with UTHSC to train medical residents across multiple specialties, including internal medicine and general surgery. High-acuity focus: Features a 32-bed mixed med-surg Critical Care Unit (CCU) supporting multidisciplinary, comprehensive care. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
