Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Group Therapist, Full-Time, HopkinsvilleSalaried, $70,000 to $100,000 a year, plus $5,000 in performance bonuses in your first 90 days. Full-time, on-site in Hopkinsville, KY.About Harbor Behavioral HealthHBH is a community-based behavioral health organization rooted in Lexington, Kentucky, with a growing presence in Hopkinsville. We provide structured, team-based services to adults with serious mental health needs, most of whom live in personal care homes. Our Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP) pairs licensed clinical staff with Peer Support Specialists in a collaborative, recovery-focused model. The goals of TRP include helping clients with: improving daily living skills, self-monitoring of symptoms and side effects, emotional regulation skills, crisis coping skills, and interpersonal skills. Its purpose is to reduce the effects of the mental illness and bring the client back to their best possible level of functioning.The JobWe're hiring a full-time LCSW for our Hopkinsville program. You'll be on site full time, averaging five days a week. Your schedule is set in writing when you're hired. Your salary also covers one extra day a month when we need coverage. No on-call and no productivity quota.What you'd actually doLead two groups a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and spend real time with clients at our program.Own the clinical side of each client's record: intakes, assessments, treatment plans, documentation, prior authorizations and renewals, and calls with insurance reviewers.Co-sign the notes of the Certified Social Workers (CSWs) on your team within 2 business days, write Medicaid's monthly note for each of their clients, and supervise our Peer Support Specialists (two meetings a month each).Use our note-checker and other AI tools to make paperwork faster.Our Hopkinsville site lead runs your performance reviews, and you'll work directly with Harbor's owner.How this job will changeWe're growing, so we tell you up front how this job will change:Your days may change. We keep your schedule as consistent as we can, but it may change month to month as the program grows. We'll tell you before the new month starts.When our Lexington program needs help, including some weekends, you'll cover its clinical work, with travel mileage + lodging paid when you go.We are looking to expand to Northern Kentucky in 2027, so you may need to travel/extended commute temporarily while we hire locally.
