Responsibilities Provide skilled speech therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings. Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals. Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Maintain clear and timely documentation. Qualifications Just graduating or moving from out of state? You are also welcome to apply! Active Colorado Provisional Speech Language Pathology License. Degree from an accredited therapy program.
