Responsibilities Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
