What You'll Do
- Meet with families and guide them through pre-planning with care and clarity
- Educatenot sellso families can make confident decisions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through daily outreach and follow-up
- Stay consistent with activity expectations that drive appointments and results
- Communicate clearly with your team to ensure families are fully supported
- Represent a trusted organization with professionalism and integrity
What You'll Receive
- Competitive base pay + uncapped commission
- Realistic first-year earnings: $65,000$150,000+

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and emotional awareness
- A service mindset
- Coachability and willingness to grow
- Ability to work a rotating MondaySaturday schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma required (college preferred)
