Product Delivery Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX

Duration: 24 months

This person will be helping lead the Supply Chain Finance platform build in CB.

High level Product/Program Delivery Manager with commercial lending product experience (syndicated loans, asset-based lending, traded finance, auto finance products). Need strong executive level presence that can deliver/execute

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• 5+ years of experience in change management, business execution, strategic planning, and product delivery.

• Proven experience with large-scale system conversions in financial services.

• Strong understanding of commercial lending products and servicing operations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated achievements in the delivery of large-scale change initiatives within commercial lending.

• Strong understanding of commercial lending products, especially auto, inventory finance, and trade finance.

• Experience with systems supporting factoring and dealer finance.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.

• Experience working with Wells Fargo or similar large financial institutions.

• Familiarity with syndicated lending and mid-tier commercial lending.

• Exposure to homegrown systems and global receivables platforms.

• Broad knowledge in commercial lending, regulatory reporting, data and analytics, product management, and lending technology.

• Expertise in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience driving product strategy, Objectives & Key Results, and roadmaps.

• Ability to manage multiple high-risk, high-priority initiatives with complex dependencies.

• Strong executive-level communication skills.

• Proven track record in large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.

• Experience with commercial loan accounting platforms (AFS, Loan IQ, McCracken, Asset Based Lending).

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex problem-solving in matrixed environments.

• Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira, including dashboard/report development.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
