Requirements:

Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in state of employment: Required

1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred

EPIC Beaker Experience: Required

Current certification from American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or National Credentialing Agency for Labs (NCA): Preferred

Compliance / Notes:

Must submit preferred start date, RTO, DOB, and SSN.

Admin fee already deducted from rate.
