Work Environment

This full-time position requires you to work onsite at our outpatient clinic, where you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a consistent work schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to each patient, focusing on their individual therapy goals and health needs, ensuring you deliver the highest standard of care possible.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, allowing you to devote significant time and attention to each individual, therefore enhancing the quality of therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to assess patient needs, design tailored treatment plans, and execute effective rehabilitation exercises.
• Implement evidence-based interventions using a variety of techniques that promote improved mobility and physical function.
• Encourage non-surgical treatment paths and minimize reliance on medications through holistic management practices.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Document all treatments accurately using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to facilitate seamless patient management and continuity of care.
• Promote a positive therapeutic environment that fosters motivation and confidence through interpersonal communication and encouragement.
• Collaborate harmoniously with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care, discussing treatment outcomes and patient progress as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitations, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory, ensuring you have the comprehensive knowledge necessary for this role.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida is required, allowing you to practice without restrictions.
• A clean license history, free from sanctions or board proceedings, is essential, demonstrating integrity and commitment to the profession.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
