Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18 $20 per hour Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm In Office Houston TX 77060 Temp To Hire

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

• Providing administrative support to clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless operations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
• Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates.
• Processing and responding to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention.
• Accurately logging client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal database.
• Following HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Performing additional duties as needed to support the team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interactions.
• Are able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to various customer personalities in a fast-paced environment.
• Have experience in the service or legal industry, which is a plus.
