What You'll DoProvide Exceptional Patient Care

• Provide a full range of preventive and restorative dental services within the scope of general dentistry.

• Evaluate patients through appropriate dental history, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Develop and present appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical priorities.

• Deliver high-quality dental care in a professional, ethical, and compassionate manner.

• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate patient documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Provide clinical guidance and support to assigned dental team members, as appropriate.

Support Quality & Excellence

• Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate in developing and implementing dental quality standards, policies, and best practices.

• Contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement and exceptional patient care.

Engage with Our Communities

• Assist in developing community-based oral health programs as needs and opportunities arise.

• Participate in training opportunities, conferences, and meetings as assigned.

• Support TBCHS initiatives and additional responsibilities as directed by the Dental Director or Chief Executive Officer.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to interns, as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.

• Current and appropriate licensure and certifications as required by the State of Michigan Board of Dentistry , Board of Pharmacy, and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

• BLS certification required at time of hire.

• A patient-centered approach and commitment to compassionate, high-quality dental care.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Physical Demands: Medium
Travel: Travel may be required between TBCHS locations and for conferences, meetings, or training opportunities.
