Position Details

• Location: Weatherby, MO (64497)
• Schedule: 2-3 days a week during Tuesday-Friday 4/5p-9p
• Patient Specifics: 16-year-old with a G-tube

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
