Our mission

Enable surgical teams to operate without delay by restoring instruments quickly, safely, and to exacting compliance standards—right where care happens.

• Travel daily in a company vehicle to Customer facilities; work primarily from a mobile repair truck and, in high-density areas, from regional labs
• Inspect, repair, and refurbish surgical instruments: ultrasonic cleaning, buffing and polishing, bending and shaping, sharpening, hinge point and serration tuning, and light brazing
• Complete Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) within your training and capability
• Produce accurate invoices and work orders; complete Customer, contractual, and regulatory documentation, including end-of-day reporting such as the OAR
• Communicate with sterile processing and OR teams to set expectations, return sets, and ensure a superior Customer experience

• Operate the on-location repair truck in full alignment with DOT, company, and Customer protocols
• Follow vehicle and equipment safety procedures
• Use PPE and complete required safety observations per site policies

• Support various locations within the assigned territory based on service agreements, Customer needs, and staffing levels
• Expect occasional overnight travel when needed

• Soldering and light brazing
• Automotive repair familiarity
• Grinding, buffing, and polishing techniques
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and their functional geometry
• Experience as a repair technician or equivalent hands-on trade
