You will bring expertise in content management, customer and offer data, and targeting to deliver best-in-class experiences that support our product vision. We value collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Job responsibilitiesCreate, structure, and publish user-friendly content across card acquisition experiences to drive optimal customer engagementManage content workflows and calendar, ensuring timely publication and consistent messaging across channelsCollaborate with marketing and user experience design teams to build engaging, accessible content for digital acquisition channelsSupport the integration of accessibility guidelines into content structures to accommodate a diverse user baseContribute to product discovery, requirements, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management platforms, including proficiency in JSON, HTML, and CSSDemonstrated ability to contribute to content architecture modernization using knowledge of content platform systemsStrong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including design and data analyticsProven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners while managing multiple workstreams in parallelExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to produce clear, concise documentationPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsPrior experience working within a large, matrixed organizationDeep knowledge of the credit card industry and digital acquisition marketingApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
