Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance their experience with our services. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and recommend innovative solutions. Track and report performance metrics, focusing on client satisfaction scores and feedback. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a significant asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) And Objectives Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher. Ensure all client inquiries are resolved within 24 hours. Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss client feedback and improvement strategies.
