RN Supervisor Med Surg Diabetic Endo

Medical City Healthcare seeks an RN Supervisor for our Med Surg Diabetic Endocrine unit. The RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership, overseeing assessment, care planning, and coordination for complex diabetic and endocrine patients. You will supervise nursing staff, manage staffing and patient assignments, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include promoting patient safety, leading quality improvement initiatives, mentoring nurses, and educating patients and families on diabetic self-management. Requires active RN license, strong med-surg and diabetes experience, and proven leadership in an acute care setting.
