As an LVN, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality nursing care while helping residents achieve their highest level of health, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional long-term and rehabilitative care.

Qualifications

• Current and active California LVN license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
