Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist or Counselor
• Experience with high school-aged students preferred
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations, assessments, and delivering evidence-based counseling
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with educators, students, and families
• Ability to effectively manage caseloads and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological and counseling services for high school students
• Complete thorough evaluations to assess students’ needs and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Offer individual and group counseling focused on academic, social, and emotional challenges
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive school climate
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all ethical and legal standards
