Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist or Counselor
- Experience with high school-aged students preferred
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, assessments, and delivering evidence-based counseling
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with educators, students, and families
- Ability to effectively manage caseloads and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological and counseling services for high school students
- Complete thorough evaluations to assess students’ needs and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer individual and group counseling focused on academic, social, and emotional challenges
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive school climate
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all ethical and legal standards
