Personal Banker

Position Overview We are seeking a Personal Banker to work within PNC’s Retail Branch organization based in Painesville, OH. The role focuses on building and growing the branch customer base through sales, service, and risk‐managed relationships. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, grow share of wallet, and drive customer loyalty. Deliver full PNC conversations during every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire and retain relationships. Perform lobby engagement activities, educate customers on financial options, and use technology and resources to solve problems. Manage risk on all transactions, adhere to policies and procedures, and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of all tasks. Minimum 3+ years of customer-focused sales or retail banking experience. No required certifications or licenses. Compensation Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00 (geographic and individual factors may vary). Incentive eligible based on performance.
