Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

A rapidly growing, privately held healthcare organization specializing in Home Dialysis services is seeking an accomplished executive leader to oversee and expand its clinical operations throughout Florida.

What Success Looks Like
During your first 12 months, you will be expected to:

• Strengthen Home Dialysis clinical operations across multiple Florida markets

• Develop and mentor high-performing clinical leadership teams

• Improve quality, regulatory readiness, and patient outcomes

• Expand physician relationships and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Develop scalable operational systems that support continued organizational growth

• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Home Hemodialysis (HHD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) operations throughout Florida.

• Lead, develop, and mentor Regional Administrators, Market Administrators, Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, Social Workers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.

• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI), regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and operational excellence.

• Build collaborative relationships with nephrologists, physicians, referral partners, vendors, and executive leadership.

• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

• Support organizational growth through strategic planning, operational improvement, and market expansion.

• Utilize quality, operational, financial, and workforce metrics to drive organizational performance and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain Florida licensure prior to employment)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive dialysis leadership experience
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-site or regional dialysis operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience in Home Hemodialysis (HHD), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), Acute Dialysis, Hospital Services, or Chronic Dialysis programs
• Proven experience developing clinical leaders and leading interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Strong knowledge of CMS ESRD Conditions for Coverage, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and survey readiness
• Demonstrated success building collaborative physician relationships
• Must currently reside in Florida or be actively relocating to Florida prior to employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience leading geographically dispersed or multi-state dialysis operations
• Experience supporting startup, high-growth, or rapidly expanding healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated success improving quality outcomes, operational performance, workforce engagement, and patient satisfaction
