To support organizational goals, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will develop and implement HR processes, manage talent acquisition, and enhance employee relations while working onsite. Key responsibilities Partner with leaders to integrate HR functions with business activities and promote proactive organizational changes Assist in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and the implementation of employee development strategies Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues and support change management initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Three years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role Working knowledge of employment law Strong customer service orientation and ability to establish relationships with clients Ability to analyze data and identify trends
