Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of HVAC units and systems Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance Collaborate with team members to complete service calls efficiently and effectively Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service issues and solutions Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service Qualifications Licensed Technician in the state of West Virginia (Required) Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems EPA Universal License (required) Valid Driver's License (required) Strong motivation and ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits $500 Tool Allowance to help keep your gear up to date Weekly call-out bonus Up to 4 weeks paid time off + 9 paid holidays Company-paid benefits!
