Job DescriptionCollege Graduate – Rotational Engineering Program (REP) - start date July 2027 in Torrance, CAMercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As a Verification & Test REP Engineer, you'll join a collaborative integration, verification & test team focused on test efforts in developing and executing avionic systems for mission critical aerospace and defense applications. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring product reliability, performance, and security across the full engineering lifecycle from concept to sustainment. In addition to a competitive salary, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and continuous skill development, you'll join a talented, innovative team where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.What this program offers:The Engineering Rotational Program (ERP) is designed to develop the next generation of technical and business leaders.You will gain:Hands on technical and leadership developmentExposure and work assignments across various engineering groups over the two-year program, based on your skills and business needsOpportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and executive managementChallenging assignments that build familiarity with Mercury Systems' practices across the organizationThe opportunity to explore individual interest aligned with company objectivesJob Responsibilities:Develop Verification Test plans and procedures based on product requirements and engineering specificationsExecute Verification across multiple hardware products, ensuring thorough validation of functionality, performance, and reliabilityDocument test results, identify defects, and work with cross‑functional engineering teams to drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actionsSupport new product introduction (NPI) by transferring products from engineering development to production, including creating test documentation, training, and troubleshooting guidanceProvide ongoing debug support for products in production, resolving issues related to test failures, hardware behavior, or process gapsMaintain and improve test processes, tools, and fixtures to enhance test coverage and efficiencyCollaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure a smooth product lifecycle from development through releaseRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field obtained between May 2026 and June 2027A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review processPrior Co-Op or internship experienceFoundational understanding of electronics, embedded systems, and board‑level hardwareAbility to read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and engineering requirementsExperience using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators)Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to develop clear, concise test plans, procedures, and documentationEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment"This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
