Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to middle school students per individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes according to school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
• Provide resources and training to staff and families when needed
