Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) Lynchburg, Virginia. The organization is seeking a CVOR RN to support open heart surgical services in an Operating Room setting. This role includes first-scrub capability and readiness for weekday and weekend call. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour day shift (6:30am3:00pm) with weekday and weekend call required; minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Active Virginia (VA) or Compact License required at time of submission
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Must have 2 years of experience in the relevant specialty
  • Prior travel experience required
  • Must be able to first scrub
  • Additional submission requirement: all requested time off (RTO) must be included in the submission packet at time of submission
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cerner experience (Cerner preferred)
• Additional Information:
  • Orientation dates are 7/13 and 7/27, with orientation held every other Monday only.
  • Client can cancel up to 24 hours per assignment due to census.
  • Approved declinations for COVID-19 and flu are accepted.
