What You'll Do

• Support engineering design and project development efforts
• Work closely with project managers and licensed engineers
• Assist with design calculations, plan production, and project documentation
• Participate in field visits and project coordination activities
• Collaborate across departments to gain broader project exposure
• Develop technical skills through mentorship and training programs
• Contribute to projects serving municipalities, developers, and public agencies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (expected graduation Spring 2027)
• Interest in Land Development, Transportation, Municipal Infrastructure, or Water/Wastewater
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification completed or ability to obtain shortly after graduation preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and collaborate in a team environment
• Willingness to work on-site in the Charlotte, NC region

Bonus Points If You Have

• Internship or co-op experience
• Exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D or ORD / Microstation
• Experience with engineering design software, GIS, or technical project work
• Leadership involvement through student organizations, athletics, clubs, or community activities
