Technical Program Specialist - Cold PlateLocation: Georgetown, TexasReports To: Senior Execution Leader or Director, Program ManagementLevel: P3Travel Required: 20–40%Position SummaryThe Technical Program Specialist - Cold Plate manages execution activities for assigned customer accounts, serving as a key coordination point from design handoff through production, delivery, site deployment, and customer acceptance. This role supports the translation of customer requirements and launch timing into clear internal execution plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to key milestones and helping ensure the business is prepared to deliver against customer commitments.This individual drives execution discipline across engineering, operations, sales, and other supporting functions to keep programs on track, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain clear communication with both internal stakeholders and the customer.
