We're seeking an experienced, flexible, and dedicated Lead Caregiver to facilitate excellence in client starts of care! Full time hours and flexible availability required. We seek caregivers who lead with love in all they do. Caregiver Responsibilities Complete introductions with new clients. Cover shifts with new clients as needed while care team is built. Update care plans with new clients. Train and acclimate caregivers to new clients. Communicate with Client Care and office staff to ensure new client satisfaction. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders. Provide toileting and incontinence care Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions Build trusted relationships with clients and their families Essential Qualifications Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus.
