Work with operations team to ensure all loan conditions and closing dates are met.Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with customers.What you must have:High school diploma or GEDNMLS or the ability to obtain NMLS registrationFinancial organizational skills and financial information understandingMinimum of two (2) years of experience in mortgage lending functions.Customer service experienceSome sales experience, preferably in the mortgage industryWhat might set you apart:Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan OriginatorWhat you get: A fun, challenging work environment with an emphasis on family, community, and technology.
