Corporate & Transactional Attorney
We are hiring a Corporate & Transactional Attorney in Atlanta, you will own contractual agreements, Commercial real estate transactions, M&A, and much more. Your counsel will keep transactions moving, rights enforceable, and relationships intact in a lean, partner-driven practice.
Performance Objectives- Close corporate transactions and commercial real estate per quarter with documents that survive diligence and close on schedule.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts, operating agreements, and IP licenses that protect client value and reduce post-closing disputes.
- Advise on copyright and trademark strategy so clients launch or defend marks without avoidable infringement risk.
- Build and expand a portable book that generates consistent, high-quality corporate and real estate work within 12 months.
- Collaborate with partners to design deal structures that balance speed, tax efficiency, and enforceability.
- Deliver clear, timely advice that lets clients decide and execute without delay.
- J.D. and active Georgia Bar membership.
- Proven track record closing real estate and corporate transactions, plus copyright/trademark work.
- Established portable book of business.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate clearly with clients and partners.
Environment & Resources
You will work in our Buckhead office with partners across corporate, real estate, and litigation. Direct access to clients, lean support staff, and established matter-management tools.
