In addition they will be controlling job costs, production times, quality assurance and documentation, as well as being responsible for a company vehicle and equipment. The Air Duct Cleaning Lead Tech may have their hours supplemented by acting as a working Field Technician that regularly executes the tasks required for our services which include mold remediation, water damage mitigation, etc. This is a full time position.Primary Responsibilities:Manage the production, including hands-on work as required for HVAC and dryer vent cleaning per written scope of workProvide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completionProvide on the job training for new technicians as neededManage documentation on projects (i.e. photos, contracts, etc.)Work safely in a team environmentEnsures all safety measures are enforced on job siteQualifications:At least 2-5 years experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC services1-2 years of leadership experienceNADCA certificationOther industry relevant certifications that are current that can include: IICRC, WRT, ASCS, OSHA 30, MICRO CMI/CMRCWorking knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices is a strong plusMust be a self-starterAble to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environmentAble to coordinate a team as an effective leader to achieve production goalsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsWorking knowledge of basic PC operationsExhibit a professional, neat appearanceAbility to lift 75 lbsValid driver's license with satisfactory driving recordSuccessfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug testSafety Gear Provided:PPEGloves (leather, nitrile, or coated cloth depending on application)Safety Glasses or GogglesN-95 RespiratorsPoly Spun "Tyvek" style suits with hood and foot protectionShoe covers, Knee Pads, and Muck BootsHard Hats, Ear Protection, and Steel Toe Shoes may be required, dependent on site applicationFall protection for aerial workWe are a small, culture driven company that is committed to serving the community, helping employees grow, and develop successful careers.
