Store Representative (Survey)

Requirements:

• 6 plus months of relevant customer care experience

Qualifications:

• Higher than average quality scores.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask at a fast pace.
• Better than average attendance and punctuality standards are a must.
• Has the desire to be a leader and help others.
• Has the ability to deescalate customers' concerns and provide resolutions.
• A willingness to complete tasks in a timely manner while also assisting agents across the care center at a highly professional level in order to foster the development of the agents.
• Provide the stores with quick responses to customer concerns brought forward while maintaining a high degree of accountability.
• Must be flexible in scheduling as needed by the department.
• Ensure at all times the best experience for the customer using established best practices.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality to serve our customers

Hours:

• Variable to be set for the position/ Saturday rotation

• To be determined based on experience
