Compensation Package Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Handle day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and endorsements. Market accounts to carriers to secure competitive pricing and coverage options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members. Provide expert advice and solutions to meet clients' insurance needs. Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and documentation efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management; 4+ years preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required. Account Expertise: Experience handling generalist accounts with premiums ranging from $500K to $1MM.
