What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological assessments and screenings based on available records and clinical interviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans for inmates
• Perform regular rounds in housing areas to evaluate inmate mental health and adjustment
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and confrontation avoidance techniques as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to facility protocols

What You Need:

• Valid licensure as a Psychologist
• Experience with mental health assessments and treatment planning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform responsibilities efficiently in a correctional environment
• BLS certification (or pending compliance)
