Associate Territory Manager - Richmond, VA
Becton Dickinson & Co
Entry-level position supporting a sales team in BD's Vascular Access division. The Associate Territory Manager will develop product knowledge, conduct field training, and drive sales objectives across multiple territories in the Richmond region, with focus on Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide products.
Responsibilities
- Participate in field rides with Sales Consultants to learn sales processes and enhance skills
- Complete sales training on BD vascular access products to support field teams
- Protect and grow portfolio of Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide products
- Provide customers with product information, training, and updates on pricing and policies
- Coordinate with Territory Manager and District Manager on call planning and customer relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Zero to four years outside sales experience or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and medical/vascular terminology
- Willingness to relocate for Territory Manager advancement
