Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) Location: Renton, WA or Seattle, WA Position Overview: Supports first‑shift operations in factory operations. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and assessing occupational health and safety programs and processes; drafting health and safety programs that provide consistent approaches to risk reduction and compliance; investigating safety and health incidents and complaints; and requiring up to 25% travel. Basic Qualifications (Required) 1+ years of experience performing Occupational Safety and/or Industrial Hygiene duties in an industrial environment 1+ years of experience working in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) 1+ years of experience assessing and evaluating risk Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Bachelor’s degree or higher 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience CAD/3D Printing Experience Experience with Public Speaking/Presenting Experience with Project Management Experience with Rapid Prototyping/Innovation Experience with Shop/industrial experience Experience with Tool design Benefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
