Flu Season Immunization Nurse

Now Hiring: Flu Clinic Nurse (LPN/LVN) Pay Rate: $37.17/hour Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours per week | Mondays & Fridays + every other weekend Schedule Details: Shifts range 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours. Work schedule created in 6-week blocks after 3 weeks of training/orientation. Must be available for every other weekend and some major holidays. Must be OK to float to other nearby clinic locations. Overview: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide one-on-one patient care in a supportive outpatient/retail-based clinic setting. Responsibilities Administering vaccines and injections (flu, COVID, TB tests, etc.) Taking and documenting patient vital signs Assisting providers in emergency situations when needed Registering, checking in, and checking out patients Supporting clinic operations (appointment scheduling, reminder calls, managing the waiting room) Preparing the clinic and waiting area for the best patient experience Delivering patient education and providing excellent customer service Qualifications Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in state of residence At least 1 year of healthcare experience Prior experience giving vaccines and injections required Ability to take vital signs and document in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Current BLS certification (must include CPR & AED) Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room #J-18808-Ljbffr A-Line Staffing Solutions
