Front Office Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

• Job Title: Front Office Receptionist / Patient Coordinator
• Location: Washington, UT
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay Range: $17–$23 per hour (DOE)
• Experience Preferred: 1+ year of dental or medical front office experience preferred

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate patient communication and follow-ups
• Support the dental team with daily administrative tasks
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every patient

• 1+ year of front office, dental office, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Team-player mentality
• Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge preferred
