Nu3s isn't just another café. We're a first-of-its-kind, multi-concept destination at one of Queens' busiest intersections — blending a modern Market Café, state-of-the-art touchless car washes, and a full-service auto care center into one seamless neighborhood experience.

We're building our team now, and we want a Café Supervisor who's ready to roll up their sleeves, help launch something exceptional, and grow with us for the long haul.

What the Role Looks Like
You'll start part-time during pre-launch — supporting setup, training, and onboarding — then transition to full-time as we approach our  opening. Once open, you'll lead daily café operations reporting directly to the Café Manager.

What You'll Do
• Pre-launch setup, staff training, and operational prep
• Daily café operations — floor leadership, service quality, team direction
• Inventory management, ordering, and stock control
• Staff scheduling and daily task assignment
• Food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Guest experience — resolving concerns, setting the tone
• Sales, labor, and basic P&L monitoring
• Kitchen coordination on menu items and availability

What You Bring
• 2–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a café or food service setting
• Working knowledge of espresso equipment (fully and semi-automatic required)
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
• Food safety knowledge and a high standard for cleanliness
• Flexible availability — mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
